Fracture Shaft Humerus is a frequently seen problem in orthopedic practice. In the recent past high energy trauma and industrialisation have compounded the problem. Due to high velocity injuries suffered by the patient the complexity of fracture pattern also has increased. The available literature gives a variety of options to treat this fracture ranging from conservative methods to various implant devices. Present work focusses on analysing the problem that we face today and also to evaluate the results obtained by different treatment methods in fracture shaft humerus.
