Karla Melinda Barth é professora associada no Departamento de Ciências da Educação, Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, Uni de Oradea, Roménia. Tem um doutoramento em ciências da educação (2012), e lecciona cursos como: Educação Inclusiva, Fonoaudiologia, Fundamentos de Pedagogia. Está envolvida em vários projectos de investigação nacionais/internacionais.
