Dem Autor wurde von der brasilianischen Kulturkammer der Akademie der Wissenschaften und Künste in einer Zeremonie im Militärclub von Rio de Janeiro am 12.11.2021 das Amazonas-Verdienstkreuz im Rang eines Kommandanten verliehen. Er ist Post-Doktorand in Management und Wirtschaft (2017) an der Universität von Beira Interior (UBI), Covilhã, Portugal.
