Functioning in a market economy as a business entity, each enterprise must provide a state of its economic activity, in which it will stably maintain the ability to perform its financial obligations uninterruptedly to its business partners, the state, owners, hired workers and to receive profits. The above can be ensured only with effective use and successful management of the company's labor resources. As a result, the labor management is playing the role of modern enterprise management systems. The purpose of this work is to analyze the specifics of labor resources management of the enterprise in the current conditions of the market economy.
