Bocharova Nadezhda urodzi¿a si¿ 23 kwietnia 1980 roku w Charkowie. Od 1997 roku studiowäa na Charkowskim Pästwowym Uniwersytecie Samochodowym i Drogowym (KNADU) na Wydziale Zarz¿dzania i Biznesu, który uko¿czy¿a z wyró¿nieniem w 2002 roku. Od 1 grudnia 2005 roku jest profesorem nadzwyczajnym w Katedrze Zarz¿dzania i Administracji KHNADU.
