This book offers readers a modern theory in the field of organizational management. Entitled Employee's Self Performance Management theory, its objective is to help any employee to better organize his work in order to perform well. The second chapter also reviews the ideas in the work of some human resource management theorists. The third chapter presents innovations in public sector governance in relation to the search for performance. The fourth chapter presents the theory discussed in this book.
