Grecia Castro Latouche hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Pädagogik mit Spezialisierung auf landwirtschaftlichen Unterricht, den sie 2010 an der Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez in Venezuela erworben hat, und einen Master-Abschluss in öffentlichem Management von der UNELLEZ im Jahr 2016. Derzeit ist sie Doktorandin in Pädagogik an der UNELLEZ und aktive Lehrerin im Bildungsministerium.
