The management and leadership of an educational institution must respond to a planned idea oriented by the mission and vision of the organization; therefore, the formulation of plans and strategies place the performance of managers. This formulation helps the achievement of institutional objectives and the fulfillment of its social mission. The proposal of the present work is made up of four strategies for the improvement of the managerial culture of leadership of managers and teachers. In this sense, the problem is described based on the existence of managers who lack the capacity to prioritize adequate pedagogical and institutional management. It was found that in the institution, interpersonal relations between managers and teaching staff do not have a fluid interpersonal communication, given the presence of certain characteristics in its institutional management system.
