The study aims to determine the relationship between technological innovation and management strategies in commercial companies in the municipality of Cabimas, which is structured in the following chapters: Chapter I, the problem, where a description of the problem linked to technological innovation and management strategies in companies in the hardware sector is made, as well as presenting the objectives, justification and delimitation of the study. Chapter II, theoretical framework, describing the background of the research, theoretical bases, as well as the system of variables. Chapter III, methodological framework, which describes the type and design of the research, population, collection technique and instrument, validity, reliability, statistical processing of the data, as well as the procedure to be followed.
