The management style is understood as a set of methods used by the manager to influence his subordinates, as well as the form (manner, nature, etc.) of execution of these methods. There are a great number of specific methods of managerial influence. For analytical purposes, there are usually three main types: administrative (team); economic (contractual); and socio-psychological. Management methods of each of the above types have their own scope of application, their advantages and disadvantages, which can be manifested depending on the specific situation in the working group. The art of management consists in selection of such a complex of managerial influences (of three types) at the present time, in the given place and for the given group of employees, which will ensure maximum efficiency of the group work. At the same time, the objective necessity to choose management methods of this or that type is overlaid with subjective predisposition of the manager to "favorite" business communication skills. All this together and forms in each case a peculiar character of business communication with subordinates, which is called the style of leadership.
