Action-centered leadership Model is a leadership style in which the leader satisfies the three sets of needs namely task, team and individual in the total perspective of team performance. So, Action-centered leadership is relevant because it helps those who lead others to address such needs in a harmonized and synchronized manner. Action-centered leadership bridges the gap between Transactional and Transformational leadership styles. It is an effective leadership style where team performance matters.
