Diversity studies demand research into age and generational studies. The management of a multi-generational workforce presents unique challenges in a populous country like India. This book serves to throw light on the behavioral and managerial competencies of India's youngest workforce- Generation Z. The study employed mixed research methods and has been done in an empirical setting to examine the theoretical perspectives drawn from extensive literature review. The study brings out Diversity tolerance, an entrepreneurial attitude and a high level of social consciousness among the Generation Z in India.
