The sample consisted of 89 teachers from 6 secondary level educational institutions. Use was made of the Management Performance questionnaire and the Teaching Performance questionnaire both proposed by the Ministry of Education; and validated by the researcher through judges' criteria. The results indicate that there is a direct correlation (rs=.24) and significant (p<.05) between both variables; the perception of teachers in relation to management performance is medium (48%) and teaching performance is also medium (54%).
