T.V. Rao has been a Professor at IIM Ahmedabad for over twenty years. He was earlier the L&T Professor of Human Resource Development at XLRI, the first Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD, and an HRD Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India. He has worked as a short-term consultant to several world bodies and organizations both in India and abroad.
