Kahsay Berhe was born in 1959 in Ethiopia Tigray Regional state. He worked his First degree in Civil Engineering field at Addis Ababa University and his MSc in Denmark at Roskilde University in Environment, Technology and social studies. His wife and his three daughters are very grateful for the publisher to publish his research.
