This book is depicting the contemporary scenario on the management of Reading, Writing and Arithmetic commonly known as 3Rs in Tanzania. it specifically reflects on the status of management functions in the implementation of 3Rs Adult Literacy training, the problems facing 3Rs training management activities as well as the practical suggestions in the management of 3Rs training programmes with reference to Tanzania.It is my hope that the book will inform governments and adult learning educational stakeholders on how management of 3Rs training can better be monitored and improved to meet diverse needs of adult learners who are in need of such training.
