This book aims to critically analyse the process of change management followed by the Department of Treasury In Lesotho. With the aim of suggesting mechanisms which could have been put in place to monitor progress, identify any difficulties and suggest appropriate solutions through regular contact between management and employees in the Department. Most importantly, sound planning, management of process and consultation with employees would have reduced obstacles during the implementation processes.
