The world-wide phenomenon of Globalization is constantly challenging the hospitality industry as whole and sets a new dimension of how the management bodies of different venues around the world should deal with diverse workforce. Therefore, it is very interesting the fact that the conventional management methods about Human Resource management have to alter its principles in order to meet the new dimensions by the Globalization.
