Gillian Watson is Principal Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Sunderland, UK. Her current research interests are in strategic development initiatives to internationalise the curriculum. She is one of the authors of the CIPD textbook Managing for Results Kevin Gallagher is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and currently Programme Leader for BA Applied Management at the University of Sunderland, UK. Kevin has managerial experience in the civil engineering and paper industries both in the UK and overseas and has wide experience teaching on CIPD and HRM programmes.
