They contend that this can be done through a real commitment to the catechism of accountability which, on its own can be enlivened through the revamping of the anti-corruption institutions of ICPC and EFCC both of which must be insulated from the unwarranted primordial emotions of ethnic, religious and geo-political considerations of Nigerians as a people.
