Keith Alexander is Professor in the Faculty of Business, Law, and the Built Environment at the University of Salford, UK. Ilfryn Price is Professor of Facilities and Innovation Management at Sheffield Business School's Facilities Management Graduate Centre (FMGC), UK and an Adjunct Professor with the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
