Emma Parry is a Reader in Human Resource Management at Cranfield School of Management. Her research focuses on the influence of context on managing people, specifically the influence of national context, demographic changes and technological advancement. She has authored a number of publications in this area Shaun Tyson is Emeritus Professor of Human Resource Management, Cranfield University. Following senior management experience in industry and the public sector, he was Director of a Research Centre and Professor for twenty years. He has published widely in the field
