Pramod Paliwal has over 33 years of corporate and academic experience. An MBA and PhD in Management, he is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. He has been with School of Management, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar-Gujarat, India Since 2006 . In profesion since 1991, Dr. Paliwal's earlier associations have been with The ACC Limited (a subsidiary of Holcim, Switzerland), Pacific Institute of Management, M.L.S. University, India and the India Offshore Campus of Oxford Brookes University, U.K. He has been featured in the 30th Pearl Anniversary Edition of Marquis Who's Who in the World; 2013. In 2017 he has been selected on the panel of Chair of Indian Studies Abroad by Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), MEA, Govt. of India. He is associated with international crowdsourcing consulting firm Wikistrat as a Senior Analyst in the area of Energy. He also speaks and writes on Sustainable Development and Public Policy. Given his academic, professional and research interest in Sustainability, Sustainable Marketing and Energy & Resources Sector, he has made presentations, has been a panelist and conducted workshops at international events spanning India, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia and the USA. He has published on Sustainability, Marketing, and Energy Sector issues in refereed international journals. Sonal Yadav is an Assistant Professor in Economics and Public Policy Area, Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad. She did her B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. (Economics) with specialization in Economics of Human Resources from the M.S.University, Baroda-INDIA. Her M.Phil. research focused on Labour Market Segmentation in India. She has a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. Her doctoral thesis examines the impact of economic reforms on industrial labour concerning Small Scale Engineering Industries of Gujarat. She has presented several research papers at National and International conferences. She has also published research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Her primary research areas include Labour Economics, Agriculture Economics, Issues of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and Gender Studies. She has also worked on a research project related to finding the impact of demonetization in the rural economy. She is a life member of the Indian Economic Association (IEA), Indian Society of Labour Economics (ISLE), Gujarat Economic Association (GEA), Indian Association for Canadian Studies, and WILPF (Women's International League for Peace and Freedom) India chapter. Sudhir Yadav has more than 34 years of experience including about 7 years in industry and 27 years into academics. He has been with School of Management, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar-Gujarat, India Since 2006. As an industry professional he has worked in marketing and international business divisions of various companies. Dr. Yadav has developed and delivered academic & training modules in the area of Oil & Gas Operations Management, Oil & Gas Project Management and Oil & Gas Value Chain. His Case Studies & Publications in Oil & Gas Management have been acclaimed by learners. He has conducted in-company and executive management programmes for corporate executives. In the past he has contributed to the Natural Gas Technical Skill Development initiatives of Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB). He has visited USA, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia for his academic and professional assignments. Dr. Yadav has delivered Oil & Gas training programme in the Middle East. Dr. Yadav has publised more than 25 research papers in refereed international journals and two books published by international publishers.
