Mandalas might seem mysterious, but in truth, they aren't. They are simply designs that allow us to connect with our center, to relax, and to heal. Many cultures have produced their own form of the mandala as a tool for rediscovering our center, or, in more modern language, for lowering stress levels by activating our internal healing mechanisms. Working with mandalas connects us with this interior self.
