Laura Podio is an Argentinean researcher in the fields of Buddhist religious art and Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition. She studied visual arts at the National University of the Arts in Argentina and is currently studying psychology at the University of Palermo. She has given numerous seminars and courses and published various books related to the mandalas and its applications within art therapy.
