The research was conducted in a real and contemporary context of Education, motivated by the fact that the author has served the Mandatory Military Service and reintegrate into an educational institution to continue his school life, having experienced several difficulties and having appreciated the divergent purpose of some young people of their military season in terms of choice of passing to immediate availability to the Mandatory Military Service and reintegration in educational institutions. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that the findings and results of this study may help the Ministry of National Defense in designing an action plan and making decisions that lead to the achievement of the desired changes regarding the dates of incorporation and the phases of the situation of immediate availability to Compulsory Military Service in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Human Development. From the perspective of answering the question, in the real and contemporary context of education, the research fell on a qualitative methodological approach, relying on the semi-structured interview technique.
