Autorenporträt
Nabeelah received her M.S. degree in Forensic Science at Staffordshire University (U.K.) in 2016 and her B.S. degree in Chemistry at University of Mauritius (Mauritius) in 2014. Since 2017, she has been pursuing her Ph.D. at the Department of Health Sciences at the University of Mauritius under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Fawzi Mahomoodally. Her current research focuses on the phytochemical analysis and pharmacological properties of mangrove plants and their associated fungal endophytes. She is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Nabeelah is efficient at multitasking, can effectively lead a team and works well either independently or in group. In her short period as PhD student (since 2017), Nabeelah has authored and co-authored 30 publications in high impact factor journals and prestigious books with several other articles and book chapters under preparation/review.
