The author of six popular books, a freelance writer for over 30 years, an associate professor of Communication Studies at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, a former contributing writer for Fairfield County Home magazine, and a nationally renowned weight-loss expert, Debbie Danowski, Ph.D. has made a career out of educating people about personal growth. Most recently, Dr. Danowski, who is a recognized academic expert in the public relations/advertising and journalism fields, has been teaching a Studies in Self-Help class at Sacred Heart University for five years.
