Dr. Sachchidanand Shukla completed his M.A. in Hindi literature from Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. He served as Hindi spokesperson from 1980 to 1986. Thereafter, from 1986 to 1995, he served at various positions in the editorial department of Dainik 'Swatantra Chetna', Dainik 'Aaj' and Dainik Bhaskar newspapers.
