The book incorporates all the important topics such as populations' structure, abundance and effect of environmental factors on the distribution of the spot-tail mantis shrimp caught in Tunisian waters. Additionally, a biochemical characterization and composition of S. Mantis (total fat, fatty acid, protein, amino acid...) was investigated to guide the consumer to the use of these crustaceans. I am confident that book would be of immense value to enrich knowledge of crustacean fisheries in particular and marine biology in general. This will be much more informative and helpful for the students dealing with fisheries.
