Mary Flynn is a gold medal author, poet and acclaimed international conference speaker for Disney Institute (retired), the second most recognized training brand in the world. Flynn shared Disney's leadership and service principles, appearing before approximately three quarters of a million business professionals that ranged from line managers to corporate executives including CEOs in more than fifty industries. She appeared on convention platforms with speakers that ran the gamut from Malcolm Gladwell and a host of bestselling authors to Tony Robbins and the President of AOL. Mary has enjoyed acclaim across a rare mix of genres. She was a full-time staff writer for Hallmark Cards and has an award-winning short story in The Saturday Evening Post Anthology of Great American Fiction. Her observational humor has appeared in The New York Times as well other major dailies and magazines, and is the author of three highly successful illustrated children's books. She is also an award-winning poet whose work routinely appears in poetry journals. Mary hosted a popular radio call-in show for Clear Channel, offering advice on job search and career transition. Her debut novel, "Margaret Ferry," is rated five stars on Amazon and was honored by the Florida Authors and Publishers Association's President's Award with a gold medal in General Fiction, a silver medal in Religion and a silver medal in Christian writing.
