The marginal gap was detected by using scanning electron microscope. The results of this study showed that the teeth were treated with laser and total etch showed highly significant more marginal adaption at gingival, mesial, distal, occlusal regions in comparison to other groups and the group in which the teeth were treated with laser showed highly significant less marginal adaption in comparison to other groups.

Dima Bassil (B.D.S, M.Sc.) is a specialist in Conservative Dentistry. She gained her Masters degree in 2016. Now she is working at the Iraqi Ministry of Health.Dr.Mohammed Rasheed (B.D.S, M.Sc, Ph.D) is an assistant professor in a Conservative department at Baghdad university. He gained his Ph.D in 2005. He has supervised post-gradated students.
