In her research, she examines a number of topics related to inequality and work, including policy implementation of programs for impoverished mothers in North Carolina and Ohio. Katrina Bloch is Associate Professor of Sociology at Kent State University at Stark, USA. She is an inequality scholar and co-editor (with Carissa Froyum and Tiffany Taylor) of Creating and Contesting Social Inequalities.
