INTIVA has established operating businesses and made investments in the cannabis industry in the United States, Canada and Israel. Mr. Friedland has been the CEO of a Nasdaq-listed company, a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, and the chairman of the supervisory board of a company listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
