Dr. Girish Gujar is an ex Marine Chief Engineer with extensive experience in the Shipping and Logistics Industry. He and Professor Hong Yan are teaching at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the Faculty of Business. Dr.P.K.Ghosh is a retired Indian Naval Officer and presently a Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi,India
