Dr. Wiegand Helmut FLEISCHER is teaching at the Lucian Blaga University, Sibiu, Romania. He has 15 years of experience as a Professor of Economics and over 20 years of experience managing companies. As a long-standing business consultant, he is focused on business strategies and the interfaces between business and technology.
