In the present context very few farmers collect the fruits from the naturally growing trees and marketed this fruits in the local and distant market. While marketing they do not followed the proper marketing practices like standardization and grading also this trade is characterized by the large no of intermediaries and there is exploitation of farmers, alternatively producers share in the consumers rupee is very less.This book focuses on the existing marketing practices of the Jamun fruits and suggest the ways to improve the marketing of the same.
