We looked at the use of marketing techniques by telecommunications companies in Butembo. Our concern was to know if the use of these techniques produces a positive impact in terms of consumption of the products and services of these companies. After investigation, we found that the more a telecommunication company relies on these marketing techniques, the more its products and services will be consumed.
