One of her specialities is working with couples using a very hands-on, direct approach to help them reach more understanding, and create a better daily practice of respect and appreciation. Also a writer and a podcaster, her work has been featured on Psychology Today, Readers Digest, Prevention, Huffington Post, and The Mighty.
