Julia Brown is a Columbus Ohio based wife, momma, and worker bee. in the summer of 2020, she suffered a miscarriage and struggled to explain to her young son what happened. At bedtime, she told him the story of the "buny in the backyard" who received an empty box as a gift...the end. The next night her son asked her to continue the story, he wanted to know what happened next. He understood that the story wasn't over just because the bunny suffered. Over the next few weeks, as she grieved the loss, the bedtime story evolved from one of disappointment to one of perserverance. By the time her son was satisfied with the ending, Julia saw this story as not just away to cope with her own loss, but also as a way to help other families find their own positive path through the storm.
