During this time, she has been the author/owner of the popular food, garden, and lifestyle blog "The Urban Domestic Diva". The blog has grown into a vibrant community of people who love bringing beauty and creativity into their daily lives. Her gardening and food passions drove curiosity and advocacy for the world's pollinators, who are a necessary link in the global food chain. Their depleting numbers inspired Flora to write, hand-illustrate, and publish her books.Flora lives with her family on the northwest side of Chicago.
