Mike Chase has taught and directed physical theater, mime, and mask atdrama colleges and universities for more than thirty years. He established the MaskStudio in the mid-1990s to develop masks for training, education, performance, and therapy. These masks are used internationallyby theaters and theater companies, including in the UK the RSC, the National Theatre, LAMDA, Trestle Theatre, the Welsh National Opera, and Told by an Idiot. Mikeworks as a psychodrama psychotherapist in a high-security prison with violentoffenders, using masks and psychodrama.
