Public communication can be difficult in some societies and may also be done in unaccepted ways, causing problems to the environment. Inspired by public wall writing, my interest was drawn to a form of public writing which can be legal, and designed with inspired elements of culture enhancing the product's aesthetic beauty. For this reason, a surface is designed with elements of communication for users to express themselves with. The designed object is to be placed in confined public areas such as elevators, coffee shops, pubs, open areas in apartment buildings, etc. Its aim is to help start interesting communication between people and provide a space for public writing. Users may not know each other but may find an interest in communicating. It is the wish of the designer to stir up curiosity in users and with the comic nature of the design, put a smile on a face.
