Autorenporträt
Jim Schnell, Ph.D. is a Professor at Ohio Dominican University. He retired from the USAF, at the rank of Colonel, in 2007 after 30 years of service. His final assignment, from 1993-2007, was as an Assistant Air Attache to China. He is a Fulbright Scholar and has been a visiting scholar at the East-West Center in Hawaii.
