Es Máster en Gestión de Organizaciones y Desarrollo y Licenciado en Administración por la Universidad Regional del Noroeste del Estado de Rio Grande do Sul (UNIJUI). Trabaja como gestor en los sectores público y privado. Es profesor de Economía e Ingeniería de Producción en la Faculdade Horizontina (FAHOR).
