Plainspoken, straightforward advice on how to overcome debt, make smart money decisions and build a financially -secure future. Mastering Money delivers the knowledge and tools you need to prevent and eliminate debt, make smarter financial decisions, save your money, and invest wisely-a fool-proof approach to restoring financial peace of mind and security. Author Norm Champ is a former director at the SEC, who saw in his time there how people from all walks of life are in desperate need of sound financial advice that does not get them deeper in debt or expose them to further risks. His new book teaches the fundamentals of how to build basic savings, reduce spending and eliminate debt, He also exposes the numerous ways U.S. government policies fail to protect the public interest, instead rewarding the real estate industry, credit card companies, car loan companies, and state lotteries-all while over-regulating private companies that create jobs. Armed with this knowledge, you will be empowered to build a financially secure future in a system that can sometimes feel like it's working against you.
