Dr Joseph Babasola Osoba is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos , Nigeria where he teaches courses in English Linguistics. His research interest includes sociolinguistics, pragmatics and phonetics and phonology. He has an appreciable number of scholarly works and has edited several books and journal articles.
