Indications and contraindications of maternal exercise are described in line with guidelines from various institutions such as ACOG, WHO, ACSM. Autorenporträt
The author has obtained both BSc and MSc. degrees in sports science from Kotebe Kolege of Teacher Education and Addis Ababa University in 2003 and 2011. He also received PGD from Dilla University in 2008. Since then, he has worked in various colleges, fitness centers, and sports training projects as trainer, experts, and sport science instructor.
