Bui Hai Phong graduated from the School of Information and Communication Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2010. He received the M.S. degree in information technology from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, in 2012, where he obtained the Ph.D. degree in computer science in 2021.
