Autorenporträt
Dimitrios S. Vlachos is a Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Peloponnese, Greece. He was Assistant and Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the same University. He completed his PhD at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and followed post-doctoral studies at the Institute of Nuclear Engineering of the "Demokritos" Research Center. He also held a research position at the Hellenic Center for Marine Research. His research interests are centered around the discrete variaitonal theory, complex networks, evolutionary algorithms, physical modeling, econophysics and the modern trends in fintech.
